When will my order arrive?
We offer same-day shipping from Melbourne on all orders placed before midday (Mon – Fri, AEST). Orders are sent via Australia Post tracked parcel service and usually arrive within 2 – 5 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you add a mobile number at checkout, you will also receive SMS updates directly from Australia Post.

We aim to respond to all queries as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.
All payments are processed securely.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
If the product is unused and in its original packaging, contact us within 30 days and we’ll email you a prepaid Australia Post return label.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently we only ship within Australia. This helps us make sure every order is fully covered by our local warranty and consumer guarantees.
How come you don’t sell superhero, team logos, or cartoon characters?
Unfortunately, we cannot sell images that are protected by copyright or trademark laws in Australia.
My lamp arrived damaged, what should I do?
We test and inspect all items before dispatch, but occasionally damage can occur in transit. If your lamp or panel arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement. See our Returns Policy for more details.
My lamp has stopped working, what’s covered?
If your lamp becomes faulty during normal use within 12 months, we’ll replace it under warranty. Message us via our Contact Page, or email at hello@dimensionlamps.com.au and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note: physical damage, misuse, and normal wear & tear isn’t covered.

Can I buy the acrylic panels separately?
Yes. While we don’t advertise acrylic panels as standalone products, we can supply them on request. Please reach out via our Contact Page and we’ll send you a link to order.
Do you offer custom designs?
We’re working on it! Custom designs will be available next year.

What happens if I’m not home when the parcel arrives?
If you’ve set up a Safe Drop location with Australia Post, your parcel will be left in that spot. Otherwise, Australia Post will leave a card so you can collect it from your nearest Post Office.

Are your lamps compatible with overseas power outlets/bulbs?
Yes. All our lamps run on standard 5 V USB power or 3 × AA batteries, making them compatible worldwide with any USB power source.
How should I clean the acrylic panel?
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove dust. For fingerprints or smudges, lightly spray Windex or lens cleaner onto a microfibre or glasses cloth (not directly on the panel), wipe gently allowing the streaks to dry naturally.
