When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped the following business day via Australia Post tracked parcel service. Delivery is within 2-3 days in Australia depending on your location. When an order is processed, an email is sent with a shipping notification and a tracking link so you can see delivery progress. If you chose to provide your mobile number at the checkout you will be best a tracked delivery notice so you can track the status of your order.

Please note, we will only use your mobile number to provide you tracking information or to call you if there is an issue with your order, we will not use your number for marketing purposes.

My lamp arrived damaged, what should I do?

We understand that items can get damaged in transit occasionally, if this occurs please get in contact as soon as possible and we can arrange a replacement for you. Please note, for faulty items we may ask for a photo of the item to confirm the damage prior to arranging a replacement.

 

My lamp stopped working or has became faulty, what should I do?

All our lamps are tested in our warehouse here in Australia prior to dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your lamp becomes faulty we do have a 12 month replacement warranty, please contact us via our contact page if this has occurred and we will arrange a replacement for you. Please note, our warranty does not cover physical damage.

I have changed my mind, can I return it?

Yes, all our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you do change your mind within 30 days from receipt of your item just send us a message and we can arrange a return for you. Please note, you will have to pay for postage and damaged returns will not be accepted. Check out our Refund Policy for more information.

I am not in Australia, can I still purchase a lamp from your store?

Dimension Lamps warehouses and ships within Australia only. If you are outside of Australia and wish to purchase one of our lamps please send us a message via the contact page and we will let you know if there is an affiliate supplier in your country.
